This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10745) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human VEZF1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with VEZF1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation. ZNF161 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein (Koyano-Nakagawa et al., 1994 [PubMed 8035792]). See MIM 603971 for general information on zinc finger proteins. DPABH-10745 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000) application. DPABH-10745 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
