This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27696) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UNC5A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UNC5A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UNC5A (Unc-5 Netrin Receptor A) is a transmembrane protein that acts as a netrin-1 receptor, crucial for guiding axon repulsion in the developing nervous system. Often acting as a tumor suppressor, it induces apoptosis when unbound to netrin-1 and is frequently downregulated in cancers like colorectal and non-small cell lung cancer. DPABH-27696 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications. DPABH-27696 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
