This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03156) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USP54. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with USP54 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. USP54 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 54) is a human deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) that plays a significant pro-tumorigenic role by regulating protein degradation, particularly in colorectal cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and castration-resistant prostate cancer. It acts as an active DUB, specifically targeting 'Lys-63' (K63)-linked polyubiquitin chains. DPABH-03156 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:3,000) application. DPABH-03156 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
