General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27927) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human USF2, targeting the amino acid region 1–346 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human USF2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transcription factor that binds to a symmetrical DNA sequence (E-boxes) (5-CACGTG-3) that is found in a variety of viral and cellular promoters. DPABH-27927 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-27927 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
