General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21478) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human URB2, targeting the amino acid region 1174–1524 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. The encoded protein interacts with TP53, CUL9, and FBXW8 proteins. Defects in this gene are a cause of 3M syndrome type 1 (3M1). Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-21478 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-21478 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
