General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03910) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UPP2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UPP2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables deoxyuridine phosphorylase activity; identical protein binding activity; and uridine phosphorylase activity. Involved in dCMP catabolic process and uridine catabolic process. Located in type III intermediate filament. DPABH-03910 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications. DPABH-03910 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
