This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05185) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UNC93B1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that is involved in innate and adaptive immune response by regulating toll-like receptor signaling. The encoded protein traffics nucleotide sensing toll-like receptors to the endolysosome from the endoplasmic reticulum. Deficiency of the encoded protein has been associated with herpes simplex encephalitis. DPABH-05185 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-05185 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
