This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25917) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBE2V1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with UBE2V1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBE2V1 (Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant 1), also known as UEV1A, is a critical enzyme variant that forms a complex with UBE2N (Ubc13) to catalyze non-canonical Lys-63 (K63)-linked polyubiquitination. It acts as a regulator in NF-\(\kappa \)B signaling, DNA repair, and cell cycle progression. Overexpression is linked to cancer progression and protein aggregation. DPABH-25917 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-25917 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
