This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25583) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human UBE2Q2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. UBE2Q2 (Ubiquitin Conjugating Enzyme E2 Q2) is a functional E2 enzyme, formerly known as UBCi, that transfers ubiquitin to target proteins, playing a crucial role in cell cycle progression, specifically at mitotic checkpoints. Often overexpressed in various cancers (e.g., hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal, and breast cancer), it promotes tumor growth, migration, and glycolysis.
DPABH-25583 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application.
DPABH-25583 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
