This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18597) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEFF1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TMEFF1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. May inhibit NODAL and BMP signaling during neural patterning (By similarity). May be a tumor suppressor in brain cancers. DPABH-18597 is suitable for use in ELISA 1 (20000-1:40000) application. DPABH-18597 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
