This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29149) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TRIM7, targeting the amino acid region 435–511 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TRIM7 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1, a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to both the nucleus and the cytoplasm, and may represent a participant in the initiation of glycogen synthesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-29149 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-29149 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
