General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24619) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TRAFD1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TRAFD1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The innate immune system confers host defense against viral and microbial infection, and TRAFD1 is a negative feedback regulator that controls excessive immune responses (Sanada et al., 2008 [PubMed 18849341]). DPABH-24619 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-24619 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
