This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03909) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TRAF3IP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TRAF3IP1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene interacts with TNF receptor-associated factor 3, tethering it to cytoskeletal microtubules. The encoded protein is also an inhibitor of the innate type I IFN response. Defects in this gene are a cause of Senior-Loken syndrome 9. DPABH-03909 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-03909 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
