General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03192) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TOMM5, targeting the amino acid region 1–51 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TOMM5 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Forms part of the preprotein translocase complex of the outer mitochondrial membrane (TOM complex) which consists of at least 7 different proteins (TOMM5, TOMM6, TOMM7, TOMM20, TOMM22, TOMM40 and TOMM70).
DPABH-03192 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-03192 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
