General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23886) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TOE1, targeting the amino acid region 318–510 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TOE1, also known as hCaf1z, belongs to the DEDD family of deadenylases. TOE1 was initially identified as a direct target gene of ERG1, an immediate early transcription factor. TOE1 encodes an Asp-Glu-Asp-Asp deadenylase that specifically localizes to Cajal bodies in the nucleus, where assembly and maturation of small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particles, and telomerase ribonucleoprotein complex take place (PMID: 36257135). TOE1 has 2 isoforms with the molecular mass of 48 and 57 kDa.
DPABH-23886 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:300–1:1,200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23886 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
