This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13157) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM132A, targeting the amino acid region 636–850 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMEM132A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. May play a role in embryonic and postnatal development of the brain. Increased resistance to cell death induced by serum starvation in cultured cells. Regulates cAMP-induced GFAP gene expression via STAT3 phosphorylation. DPABH-13157 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:10,000), IHC (1:250–1:1,000) applications. DPABH-13157 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
