This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05031) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TKTL2, targeting the amino acid region 278–626 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TKTL2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Transketolase-like 2 (TKTL2) plays an essential role in total transketolase activity and cell proliferation in cancer cells. TKTL2 is predicted to enable thiamine pyrophosphate binding activity and transketolase activity. DPABH-05031 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-05031 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
