General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23888) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TIAL1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TIAL1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TIAL1, officially known as TIA1 cytotoxic granule-associated RNA binding protein like 1, is a protein-coding gene in humans located on chromosome 10q26.11 that encodes the nucleolysin TIAR protein, a member of the TIA1 family of RNA-binding proteins characterized by three RNA recognition motifs (RRMs) which enable it to bind adenine- and uridine-rich elements in mRNA and pre-mRNAs. This gene produces multiple isoforms through alternative splicing, with the primary isoform (TIAR-1) consisting of 375 amino acids and playing a central role in post-transcriptional regulation. DPABH-23888 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application. DPABH-23888 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
