This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09295) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human THNSL1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with THNSL1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. THNSL1 (Threonine Synthase Like 1), also known as TSH1, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 10 in humans that encodes the Threonine synthase-like 1 enzyme. While similar to threonine synthase, THNSL1 lacks specific threonine biosynthesis activity and is primarily located in the mitochondrion, with potential roles in cellular growth and development.
DPABH-09295 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications.
DPABH-09295 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
