This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20531) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TFPT, targeting the amino acid region 53–128 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TFPT (TFPT, TAF3 interacting protein) encodes a nuclear protein that is involved in transcriptional regulation and cellular differentiation processes. TFPT was originally identified as a binding partner of transcription factor–associated proteins and is thought to participate in modulating RNA polymerase II–mediated gene transcription. It has been implicated in apoptosis regulation and hematopoietic cell development, although its precise molecular mechanisms remain incompletely characterized. Altered expression or chromosomal rearrangements involving TFPT have been reported in certain leukemias, suggesting a potential role in tumor biology. Overall, TFPT is considered a regulatory protein associated with transcriptional control and cell fate determination.
DPABH-20531 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-20531 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
