General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19718) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBL1XR1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with TBL1XR1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the WD40 repeat-containing gene family and shares sequence similarity with transducin (beta)-like 1X-linked (TBL1X). The protein encoded by this gene is thought to be a component of both nuclear receptor corepressor (N-CoR) and histone deacetylase 3 (HDAC 3) complexes, and is required for transcriptional activation by a variety of transcription factors. Mutations in these gene have been associated with some autism spectrum disorders, and one finding suggests that haploinsufficiency of this gene may be a cause of intellectual disability with dysmorphism. Mutations in this gene as well as recurrent translocations involving this gene have also been observed in some tumors. DPABH-19718 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-19718 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
