This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13946) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBC1D7, targeting the amino acid region 1–293 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TBC1D7 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TBC1D7 is a member of the TBC-domain containing protein family. The encoded protein functions as a subunit of the tuberous sclerosis TSC1-TSC2 complex which plays a role in the regulation of cellular growth and differentiation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with autosomal recessive megalencephaly.
DPABH-13946 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications.
