This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01509) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TBC1D20, targeting the amino acid region 1–366 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TBC1D20 belongs to a family of GTPase activator proteins of Rab-like small GTPases.TBC1D20 is an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) type II membrane protein with the TBC domain positioned in the cytosol. Depletion of this protein inhibits replication of the virus and HCV infection. Mutations in this gene are associated with Warburg micro syndrome 4. DPABH-01509 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-01509 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
