This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04813) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SERPINB3, targeting the amino acid region 71–170 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables cysteine-type endopeptidase inhibitor activity; protease binding activity; and virus receptor activity. Involved in several processes, including autocrine signaling; paracrine signaling; and regulation of protein metabolic process. Located in several cellular components, including cytoplasmic vesicle; cytosol; and extracellular exosome.
DPABH-04813 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-04813 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
