It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA binding activity. Involved in maintenance of gastrointestinal epithelium and spliceosomal snRNP assembly. Acts upstream of with a positive effect on negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Located in cytosol. Part of SMN complex. Implicated in adenocarcinoma; colorectal carcinoma; large cell carcinoma; lung carcinoma; and squamous cell neoplasm. DPABH-26164 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-26164 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
