This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28263) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human STK32B, targeting the amino acid region 1–282 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human STK32B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) play key roles in a variety of physiologic functions. Members of the leucine-rich GPCR (LGR) family, such as GPR48, have multiple N-terminal leucine-rich repeats (LRRs) and a 7-transmembrane domain (Weng et al., 2008 [PubMed 18424556]).[supplied by OMIM, Aug 2008]. DPABH-28263 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-28263 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
