This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27355) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human STK31, targeting the amino acid region 714–1019 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human STK31 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. STK31 (serine/threonine kinase 31) is a protein-coding gene. Among its related super-pathways are Cellular Effects of Sildenafil. GO annotations related to this gene include protein serine/threonine kinase activity and ATP binding. DPABH-27355 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications.
