This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27665) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ST18. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in cytokine-mediated signaling pathway; negative regulation of cell population proliferation; and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Located in nucleus. Part of protein-DNA complex. DPABH-27665 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-27665 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
