This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04841) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SRI, targeting the amino acid region 1–198 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a calcium-binding protein with multiple E-F hand domains that relocates from the cytoplasm to the sarcoplasmic reticulum in response to elevated calcium levels. In addition to regulating intracellular calcium homeostasis it also modulates excitation-contraction coupling in the heart. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct proteins. Multiple pseudogenes exist for this gene. DPABH-04841 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-04841 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
