This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27104) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SP2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The Sp2 transcription factor (Specificity Protein 2) is a member of the Sp/KLF family, playing a crucial, often essential role in cell proliferation, development, and gene regulation by acting as a DNA-binding repressor or activator. It binds to GC-boxes in the promoters of target genes, particularly affecting those involved in cell cycle, metabolism, and signaling.
DPABH-27104 is suitable for use in IHC application.
DPABH-27104 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
