This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05196) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLITRK2, targeting the amino acid region 643–830 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLITRK2 is a 845 amino acid single-pass transmembrane protein and is expressed at postsynaptic neurons, which plays a important role in regulating neurite outgrowth and excitatory synapse maintenance (PMID: 35840571). It has been reported that SLITRK2 deficiency could lead to abnormal neural network activity, vestibular function, synaptic integrity, and serotonergic function (PMID: 35789858). DPABH-05196 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application. DPABH-05196 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
