This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27046) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC9A6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLC9A6 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a sodium-hydrogen exchanger that is amember of the solute carrier family 9. The encoded protein localizes to early and recycling endosomes and may be involved in regulating endosomal pH and volume. Defects in this gene are associated with X-linked syndromic cognitive disability, Christianson type. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-27046 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-27046 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
