This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02593) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC5A9. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SLC5A9 (Solute Carrier Family 5 Member 9), also known as SGLT4, is an electrogenic Na+-dependent monosaccharide transporter that plays a critical role in the absorption and reabsorption of D-mannose, 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol (1,5-AG), and D-fructose. Located primarily in the small intestine and kidney, it functions as a low-affinity, high-capacity sugar transporter.
DPABH-02593 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-02593 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
