This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16402) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SLC51B. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Essential component of the Ost-alpha/Ost-beta complex, a heterodimer that acts as the intestinal basolateral transporter responsible for bile acid export from enterocytes into portal blood. Efficiently transports the major species of bile acids. Modulates SLC51A glycosylation, membrane trafficking and stability activities. DPABH-16402 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-16402 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
