This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11124) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SLAMF1, targeting the amino acid region 231–335 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SLAMF1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables SH2 domain binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and virus receptor activity. Involved in several processes, including negative regulation of CD40 signaling pathway; negative regulation of cytokine production; and positive regulation of MAPK cascade. Located in extracellular exosome. Is active in plasma membrane.
DPABH-11124 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-11124 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
