This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12006) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SETD3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. SETD3 (SET domain-containing protein 3) is a ubiquitously expressed enzyme known primarily as the first identified mammalian histidine methyltransferase, specifically catalyzing the methylation of actin at histidine 73 (H73). Acting as a key regulator of actin cytoskeleton dynamics, muscle differentiation, and cellular response to mechanical stress, SETD3 plays vital roles in muscle function and has been linked to cancer progression. DPABH-12006 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. DPABH-12006 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
