This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10650) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SEPT10. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the septin family of cytoskeletal proteins with GTPase activity. This protein localizes to the cytoplasm and nucleus and displays GTP-binding and GTPase activity. A pseudogene for this gene is located on chromosome 8. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-10650 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:40–1:200) applications. DPABH-10650 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
