This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26463) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SEC23B. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SEC23B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. SEC23B is an essential protein component of the coat protein complex II (COPII), which acts in the anterograde transport of cargo from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to the Golgi apparatus. It is encoded by the SEC23B gene and, when deficient, causes congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type II (CDAII), a rare blood disorder. DPABH-26463 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-26463 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
