This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13796) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SCN9A, targeting the amino acid region 451–550 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SCN9A from mouse, rat, dog, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a voltage-gated sodium channel which plays a significant role in nociception signaling. Mutations in this gene have been associated with primary erythermalgia, channelopathy-associated insensitivity to pain, and paroxysmal extreme pain disorder.
DPABH-13796 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-13796 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
