This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13590) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RRM1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RRM1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RRM1, also named as RR1, belongs to the ribonucleoside diphosphate reductase large chain family. RRM1 provides the precursors necessary for DNA synthesis. RRM1 catalyzes the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleotides from the corresponding ribonucleotides.RRM1 is a key enzyme in DNA synthesis: low level expression of RRM1 is associated with poor survival. RRM1 is a prognostic marker of NSCLC. DPABH-13590 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications. DPABH-13590 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
