General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11349) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPS3A, targeting the amino acid region 1–264 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPS3A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPS3a, a component of the ribosomal small subunit (40S), is a member of the A20 family of the deubiquitinating cysteine proteases. RPS3a is an inducing factor for oncogenic cellular transformation of Rat-1 cells by v-fos, and is highly expressed in most tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma and other cancers. On the other hand, RPS3a has also been described as a regulator of apoptosis and transcription factors.
DPABH-11349 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:400–1:1,600), flow cytometry (FC) (0.50 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications.
DPABH-11349 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
