This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23639) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPL4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RPL4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPL4 (Ribosomal Protein L4) is a core protein component of the 60S subunit in eukaryotic ribosomes, crucial for ribosomal assembly, peptidyl transferase activity, and peptide exit tunnel formation. It plays a key role in regulating the MDM2-p53 pathway to maintain cellular homeostasis and has emerged as a potential prognostic marker for various cancers. DPABH-23639 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-23639 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
