General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23610) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPL19, targeting the amino acid region 1–196 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPL19 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RPL19, also named as 60S ribosomal protein L19, is a 196 amino acid protein, which belongs to the ribosomal protein L19e family. RPL19 encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S subunit.
DPABH-23610 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (0.20 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications.
DPABH-23610 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
