General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09392) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RPAIN, targeting the amino acid region 1–145 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RPAIN from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PAIN, also named as RIP, mediates the import of RPA complex into the nucleus, possibly via some interaction with importin beta. RPAIN has many isoforms with MW 25-27 kDa, 12 kDa and 16-19 kDa. The publication with PMID: 16135809 reported the MW 30 and 45 kDa.
DPABH-09392 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications.
DPABH-09392 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
