This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14805) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRPF31. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRPF31 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome. Required for the assembly of the U4/U5/U6 tri-snRNP complex, one of the building blocks of the spliceosome. DPABH-14805 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-14805 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
