This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14422) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ROPN1B, targeting the amino acid region 1–212 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables protein heterodimerization activity. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including flagellated sperm motility; protein localization to cilium; and sperm capacitation. Located in cytoplasm and motile cilium. DPABH-14422 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-14422 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 1XPBS, 20% Glycerol (pH7). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
