General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14309) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF126, targeting the amino acid region 1–326 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RNF126 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RNF126, also named as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF126, is a 326 amino acid protein, which is highly expressed in liver and testis. RNF126 (RING finger protein 126) contains one RING-type zinc finger domain and is known to interact with TRAF6 (a ubiquitin ligase) and BAT3 (an apoptotic regulator).
DPABH-14309 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:12,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-14309 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
