This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10487) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RHEBL1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Ras homolog enriched in brain like 1 (RHEBL1) is a member of the Ras superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins and is closely related to RHEB. RHEBL1 functions as a molecular switch that cycles between an active GTP-bound state and an inactive GDP-bound state, enabling it to regulate intracellular signaling pathways. It has been implicated in the control of cell growth and metabolism, particularly through modulation of the mTOR signaling pathway, although its activity and regulatory mechanisms appear to be distinct from those of RHEB. RHEBL1 is expressed in multiple tissues and is thought to contribute to cellular proliferation and survival, with potential relevance to cancer biology and other growth-related processes. DPABH-10487 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-10487 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
