This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10578) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RASSF3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RASSF3 (Ras association domain family member 3) is a tumor suppressor protein that plays a critical role in regulating apoptosis and cell cycle progression in a p53-dependent manner. It is part of the RASSF family, containing a Ras association (RA) domain that helps maintain genomic integrity by stabilizing p53 through interaction with MDM2. Downregulation or silencing of RASSF3 is associated with increased malignancy in various cancers. DPABH-10578 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:200) application. DPABH-10578 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
