This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04665) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMA4, targeting the amino acid region 161–261 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PSMA4 from mouse, rat, pig, horse, and monkey. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a core alpha subunit of the 20S proteosome, which is a highly ordered ring-shaped structure composed of four rings of 28 non-identical subunits. Proteasomes cleave peptides in an ATP- and ubiquitin-dependent manner.
DPABH-04665 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-04665 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
